Over the decades, our engineers have found solutions for processing virtually every shape and design of container and closure.
These can range from the smallest 20 ml bottles to large 40 litre canisters. Occasionally, the filling points are further apart than the bottle is tall, or the programme involves transporting large, soft canisters that deform during the filling process and are also prone to spillage.
Sometimes bottles have three closures that have to be applied one after the other, or a curved riser pipe has to be inserted into a PET bottle at high speed.

Bottles
High flexibility of BREITNER filling and capping machines. Our systems can process not only classic round bottles, but also complex, asymmetrical bottle shapes – without the need for pucks or additional guide aids. Canister
In addition to bottles, we can also automatically feed, precisely fill and securely seal larger containers such as canisters. Screw cap
Whether classic or customised, at BREITNER we process screw caps reliably and precisely. Our capping machines are designed for a wide variety of formats, materials and requirements – from standard solutions to customer-specific applications.
Caps with riser tube
Ideal for products where liquids need to be dispensed in specific doses or removed completely. Typical examples include pump caps, dispensing caps and suction systems. BREITNER specialises in the automatic sorting and reliable processing of such riser tube closures.
