Our bottle setters perform three crucial tasks fully automatically: setting up lying bottles, precise alignment, and controlled insertion into the production flow. This seamless interaction allows you to increase your line performance sustainably and reduce manual intervention to a minimum.

Align, turn
After positioning, the BREITNER alignment station ensures that asymmetrical bottles are rotated or turned into a defined position. This ensures that grip areas, labelling surfaces or special geometries are precisely aligned for subsequent processing – accurately, in the correct format and with process reliability.
Blowing out
A crucial step in cleaning containers before filling. The bottles are blown out from the inside with normal or optionally ionised air to reliably remove dust, particles or production residues. This ensures greater product safety and hygienic conditions in the filling process. BREITNER integrates the blowing process seamlessly into the line sequence – efficiently, effectively and designed to meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Variable bunker size
