For which industries are our machines suitable?

Our bottle unscrambler, filling and closing machines are suitable for the food, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. We provide our customers in these sectors with tailor-made solutions.

What specific types of machines do we offer?

  • Bottle unscrambler that cover high output rates, blow out bottles with ionised air and can align or rotate the bottles correctly.
  • Filling machines that can use the following dosing methods: inductive flow meters, mass flow meters or piston dosing.
  • Closing machines that can close small bottles as well as large bottles. They can process normal closures as well as complex press-on closures or spray guns.
  • Monoblock systems that perform filling and capping in a circular process on a frame. High output rates can be achieved with these systems.
  • Combination machines, where filling and capping are performed in a linear process on a frame. The advantage lies in the small footprint of the combined system.

What are the costs involved in purchasing a bottle unscrambler, a filling machine or a closing machine?

That depends on the customer’s requirements for the machine or machines in question. There is no blanket answer to this question. The machines are designed for higher output and a continuous, long-lasting production process. The TCO (total cost of ownership) is very good in the long term (10–20 years). The initial investment is not insignificant, but the ongoing production costs are low.

What delivery time can I expect?

Depending on the scope of the project, between 6 and 12 months. Occasionally, we have prefabricated BREITNER machines that can be sold with a significantly shorter delivery time.
