Under-mirror filling

Monoblock machine

The BREITNER monoblock machine combines filling and capping in a closed, compact system – for maximum efficiency, precision, and process reliability in the smallest of spaces.

It is the ideal solution for manufacturers who want to combine fully automated filling processes with minimal space requirements and maximum performance.

The combination of several functional modules in one machine frame creates a continuous production flow – from container handling to the sealed end product.

This reduces downtime, speeds up product changes, and minimizes sources of error.

The monoblock machine is suitable for liquid and viscous products in the food, cosmetics, and chemical industries, as well as for technical fluids.

Depending on the application, piston, mass flow, or inductive dosing is used—precise, reproducible, and hygienic.
